Scamming the public for dollars is nothing new, but Christine O’Donnell is elevating it to an art form.

Now that she’s won her primary, her web site consists of nothing but a plea for money:

until at least 9:32 last night, there were several other pages, including one titled “About Christie,” another explaining, “Why Christie?” another supposedly debunking smears against O’Donnell, a list of endorsements, and several press releases. The URL for all of these pages now direct to an error page. Could O’Donnell be trying to reinvent herself?

Hardly surprising; begging is the only gainful employment she’s had for years. Unlike your average homeless person on the street who just wants enough for a meal or a can of Friskies for her cat, O’Donnell is looking for over a million dollars in donations. Those Sarah Palin suits are EXPENSIVE.
